Tenant fit-out performed for the Architect/Builder (We Design Build Architect Builder) at Fair Oaks Mall Fairfax, VA. High-end salon, 2,100 square feet.
The Caucus Room
Tenant fit-up located at 401 9th Street N.W. Washington, D.C. High-end restaurant, 14,000 square feet. Job was completed for Herman/Stewart Construction.
Boeing Corporation
Tenant fit-up located in Crystal City, Virginia. High-end finishes, 70,000 square foot tenant space. Relocating approximately 800 sprinklers and fire hose cabinets. Job was completed for Westport Corporation.
Wachovia Corporation
Install an FM-200 suppression system and a double interlock pre-action system for main computer located in Washington D.C. Job was completed for Westport Corporation.
Poplar Springs Inn & Spa
New installation wet-pipe sprinkler system located in Catlett, Virginia. Job consisted of installation of water tank (swimming pool), 500 gpms at 90 psi electric driven fire pump and located in vault, and a complete sprinkler system for all buildings. Job was completed for R.E. Daffan Construction.
Patrick Henry College
New installation at new 100,000 square foot college. Job consisted of the installation of fire standpipes system, dry-pipe sprinkler for entire roof and wet pipe system for each floor. Job has approximately 1,200 sprinklers and was completed for James G. Davis. Job location is in Purcellville, Virginia.
U.S. Capitol
Retro-fit of 1000 GPM @ 90 psi electric driven fire pump with an automatic transfer switch for the United States Capitol. Job was completed for Centennial Contractor Enterprises.
O'Neill House Office Building
Retro-fit of existing nine-story office building, penthouse and underground parking garage located in Washington, D.C. Summary of work was installing approximately 2,200 sprinkler heads, sprinkler control stations, express drains and an anti-freeze system. Job was completed for Centennial Contractor Enterprises.
Christian Fellowship Church
Retro-fit of an existing school and church complex. Job required the demolition of sprinkler system as building was lowered 15' and the roof raised 15'. New church has new stadium style seating. Work included new sprinkler zone for entire church as well as relocating existing sprinkler mains so that existing school could remain in service. Job was completed for Sabre Construction.
